Before You Begin

All exterior modifications to your home or lot - including fences, decks, landscaping changes, additions, paint colors, and more - require prior HOA Board approval. Starting a project without approval may result in required reversal at your expense.

How to Apply

  1. Download and complete the Alteration/Modification Application
  2. Attach any relevant plans, drawings, or product specifications
  3. Submit to the HOA via the contact form or mail
  4. Await written Board approval before beginning work

What Requires ARC Approval?

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews requests for exterior modifications. Common projects that require approval include:

  • Fences and gates
  • Decks, patios, and porches
  • Additions or structural changes
  • Exterior paint color changes
  • Landscaping changes affecting common area views
  • Driveways, walkways, and hardscaping
  • Outbuildings, sheds, or storage structures
  • Pools or water features
